RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at https://qurafit.co.in/. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

This process takes 7-10 days.

We don't accept returns but only exchanges due to high fraud from the customer's side.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at care@qurafit.co.in / 07042749828 with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization if applicable.

But if there's some kind of issue with our product we will accept it and will refund you.

 

REFUNDS PROCESS


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange to your address. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.



EXCHANGES PROCESS

 

This process takes 7-10 days.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions. If it's a size-related issue an additional charge of Rs.250 will be done as we have already mentioned the size chart on every product page we got.

( Note - We are charging this amount because we will be paying the courier service twice, once to reverse pickup of your product and once to dispatch the replacement/exchange product ) We hope you will understand the logic behind the minimal charge.

After receiving the returned package our QC team will inspect the product & the exchange request will be accepted and a new product will be shipped to you.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS



You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS



In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

Please note that personalized or customized items may have limitations on returns or exchanges. We will clearly communicate any such limitations during the ordering process.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Used
    ● Washed
  • Tempered Tags
  • Altered

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

 

  • Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Unwashed, Unused, Unaltered & Unworn
  • In original condition & packaging (tags etc.)
  • Manufacturing defect with the item
  • You will get 100% full refund for the order in your bank account after the order returns reaches us and our team inspects & quality checks the product.
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.)
  • Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
  • In case the above conditions are not met the Return, exchange or refund request will not be accepted.

Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
